Renew your Service Plan before it expires: extend your coverage up to 5 years total
The Extended Service Plan must be purchased at the same time as your printer, within a single order. It cannot be added later as a standalone option.
The Service Plan covers repair or replacement of hardware components affected by material or manufacturing defects. It does not cover consumables (e.g. recoater strips, seals, laser protective glass), misuse, unauthorized modifications, or third-party materials and software.
The replacement unit must be returned within 14 days of receiving your repaired printer. If not returned within 30 days, it will be considered a purchase, and you will be invoiced for the full value of a new unit.
The Service Plan is linked to a specific printer and customer at the time of purchase. It is non-transferable, even within the same organization or between identical devices.
You can renew your Service Plan at any time before the current coverage expires. However, the total coverage period is limited to a maximum of five consecutive years.
