Are SLS 3D printed parts suitable for end-use applications, or is the technology mainly for prototyping?

Absolutely! SLS is not just for prototyping – it is widely used for end-use production as well. SUZY, being dedicated to PA12 Industrial, is specifically designed for manufacturing strong, durable, and high-quality parts that can be used as final products.

PA12 Industrial offers excellent mechanical properties, including high strength, and chemical resistance, making it ideal for functional components, custom parts, and even small-batch production. Whether you need prototype validation or full-scale manufacturing, SUZY ensures consistent and reliable results for your production needs.

Additionally, you can vapour smooth your printouts. The process removes the surface porosity which makes the parts black and semi-glossy, and makes the printouts work great in water/air-tight applications.

Do I need a software licence for SUZY?

SUZY works with the regular version of Sinterit Studio. The licence comes with the printer, no additional costs.

Does the machine run on single-phase or three-phase power?

The machine runs on single-phase power. You can plug it in to regular wall socket.
