Dear Employees, Collaborators, and Contractors,
Any person who, based on reasonable grounds, suspects misconduct by a Sinterit employee or has witnessed such conduct, has the opportunity to report this to Sinterit management using the standard communication channels.
In cases where standard communication channels prove insufficient, and you suspect a violation regarding:
Report them using one of the methods described below:
– by sending an e-mail to: sinterit.zgloszenia@sinterit.
– by sending a registered letter to the address of the registered office of Sinterit Sp. z o.o.: ul. Nad Drwiną 10, building B3, 30-741 Kraków, addressed directly to the Head of the Sinterit Human Resources Department
– in person, orally for the report protocol, which will be prepared using the Report Card by the Head of the Sinterit Human Resources Department,
When submitting a report, please include your full name, a description of the irregularity, and the details of the individuals involved, including any potential witnesses. Your data and the data of third parties related to the report will be protected per the Procedure.
The violation reporting procedure should not be used to bypass normal communication methods and should only be applied as a last resort, i.e., when there is suspicion that standard channels may be inappropriate or ineffective.
