At Sinterit, you can use your talent in various ways ...

Why us?

Sinterit is a Polish firm created by people who are passionate about innovation. Our founders, Konrad, Michał and Paweł, set out to realise an important mission – guaranteeing easy access to the most advanced 3D printing technologies – selective laser sintering (SLS). When Sinterit was established, only expensive industrial printers—to the tune of hundreds of thousands of euro—could be found on the advanced SLS market. Determined to change that, in 2015 Sinterit’s three front men introduced the Lisa, the most affordable SLS printer, with a price tag of only a few thousand euro. Since then, we’ve added two other compact printers and an industrial SLS printer, strengthening our position as a global leader in SLS.
Growing quickly beyond the startup stage was our next major accomplishment. Since its founding, Sinterit has gone to great lengths to become a professional company. Thanks to these efforts, and constant adjustments and improvements, we have become a mature production company.

If you are passionate about technology and believe the market’s standards can change for the better, you will have no problem finding yourself with us.

Why us ? Because you will be happy to be a part of Sinterit team where people are driven by passion

Career development at Sinterit

Szymek Grabowski
Mechanical Engineer

His story with 3D printing began in an electrical technical college. There was a 3D printer in the school workshop. Simple, cheap FDM construction, but enough to start experimenting with creating useful items. However, the limitations of FDM technology meant that Szymon needed something more advanced. This is how he found his way to Sinterit, where he initially assembled 3D printers, and now is the core of the R&D team, working on innovative solutions used in our printers.

Mateusz Musielak
Assembly Manager

We met Mateusz when he came to install an air conditioner at our office. At the time, we were looking for people to join our production team, and he was looking for a new job—a fortunate coincidence. After working for a time assembling printers, Mateusz’s exceptional gift for organizing a team’s work became evident. He became the leader of his group and is currently the director of assembly, where he heads up a team of a dozen or so. Mateusz has notched numerous successes in his current position, including introducing Kanban production management, process optimization and 5S principles.

Joanna Czyrnek
Operations & Controlling Engineer

Asia came to us for what was supposed to be a brief stint to help assemble the bundles for the first versions of Lisa printers. But after a few short months she had stepped up and was ordering parts, managing warehouse documents and handling the production accounting.

For three years now she has been a production auditor, one who knows the field inside out. Working at Sinterit has allowed Asia to discover new professional interests, as well as to fine-tune the controlling, finance and process management skills she developed for years in a production company. Put it all together and she’s got an opportunity she’d like to do for the long term.

Piotr Hulbój
Quality Manager

Piotr joined our ranks as an assembler, but his talent in operating machinery and cleaning prints quickly came to light. He even brought in a sandbox and played with a concrete mixer.

Over time, he has become our main expert on machine quality and ensures that customers receive a fully calibrated plug & play product that is ready for operation. Having now worked with us for five years, Piotr manages Sinterit’s Product Quality Department.

Jakub Malec
Application Engineer

Kuba started his work on the assembly line where his affection for technological nuances, perceptivity and problem-solving skills became soon apparent. This resulted in his development in the fields of repair service and quality control. A couple of months later Kuba joined the AfterSales department where he was responsible for customer technical support, but it wasn't the end of development for him as he was gaining knowledge of 3D printers, materials and various SLS 3D printing applications, as well as marketing and sales skills.

Currently, Kuba as an Application Engineer works between the Sales, Marketing and Product departments, finding optimal solutions for customers using innovative technologies.
