1. Stable nitrogen quality
Electronic control maintains nitrogen purity and flow in real time, helping the system stay within the intended operating window.
2. Less manual adjustment
Automatic calibration and integrated control reduce operator intervention during startup and daily operation.
3. Membrane protection
A controlled pressure ramp and integrated protection logic are designed to reduce the risk of pressure shock to the membrane.
4. Plug-and-play setup
Filters, regulators, and controls are integrated into the housing, with setup handled via touchscreen.
5. Lower maintenance burden
The integrated concept is positioned to reduce inspections, servicing burden, and unplanned intervention compared with more manual or oversized alternatives.
6. Operational confidence
Real-time monitoring of key components and filter status supports earlier visibility into deviations and maintenance needs.
CADgen PRO nitrogen generator combines membrane technology, integrated pre-filtration, and electronic control in one compact system.
CADgen PRO is a membrane-based nitrogen generator designed primarily for SLS 3D printers equipped with a nitrogen chamber. Thanks to its configurable parameters, it can also be used in other industrial applications that require a stable supply of high-quality nitrogen.
CADgen PRO is built mainly for SLS 3D printing in an inert atmosphere, but it also works well in industrial environments where consistent nitrogen quality is critical.
CADgen PRO delivers nitrogen purity of up to 99.8% (±2%) and a nitrogen output of up to 25 l/min. The inlet pressure range is 6–10 bar.
No. It is a plug-and-play system with filters, regulators, and controls integrated into a sealed housing. Setup is done through the touchscreen, and no professional installation or commissioning is required.
CADgen PRO is designed to minimize manual intervention. Its electronic control system automatically calibrates the unit, maintains operating parameters in real time, and reduces the risk of operator error.
The system uses electronic control and a gradual startup process to prevent sudden pressure spikes that could damage the membrane. It also includes an integrated three-stage pre-filtration system that protects the membrane from contaminants, moisture, and oil aerosols in the compressed air supply.
CADgen PRO requires an inlet pressure range of 6–10 bar, supports a maximum operating pressure of 13.0 bar g, requires inlet air quality of 1-4-1 according to ISO 8573-1:2010, and has power consumption of 100 W.
Yes. CADgen PRO maintains nitrogen purity and flow continuously and uses an optical purity sensor designed for high stability and long service life. The sensor typically operates for 5 years or more without regular calibration.
No. The membrane technology operates without moving parts and supports low-maintenance, quiet operation. Filters are typically replaced every 1–2 years depending on inlet air cleanliness, and the Parker membrane is designed for at least 10 years of operation without replacement.
CADgen PRO provides more stable nitrogen purity control, better membrane protection, less dependence on manual adjustments, and lower long-term operating risk. It is also positioned as a more cost-effective long-term solution because of its reliability, lower servicing requirements, and more consistent performance.
Yes. CADgen PRO is intended for SLS 3D printers equipped with a nitrogen chamber and is a complementary nitrogen solution for Lisa X workflows.
No. Its membrane-based design generates very low noise levels and operates without moving parts, which supports quiet operation.
