Professional SLS 3D printing service performed on Sinterit printers, including Lisa X and SUZY. Every order includes SLS printing, basic sandblasting for powder removal, and a quality inspection before shipment.

If your application requires additional finishing, we also offer optional post-processing services, such as vapor smoothing. Simply let us know your requirements when requesting a quotation, and we’ll include the appropriate finishing options in your offer.

We can manufacture parts using any material from the Sinterit portfolio, including: PA12 Industrial, PA11 CF, PA11 ESD, PP, Flexa performance and other currently available Sinterit materials.

Lead time and pricing are quoted individually depending on the selected material and project requirements.

Material selection is the customer’s responsibility. Printed parts will meet the properties defined in the technical specification of the selected material. Material datasheets are available on the respective material pages at sinterit.com.

Every project is quoted individually.

The final price depends on: part geometry, part size, quantity, selected material, required post-processing.

Minimum order value: €50

Lead Times

Quotation: 1–2 business days.

Production: 2–5 business days (if order requaires one print job). For orders requiring multiple print jobs, the production time will be provided together with the quotation.

Production starts after: quotation approval, receiving all required information and payment confirmation.

Other Materials

Lead time is determined individually after reviewing your project.

Shipping

Shipping costs are calculated individually based on the destination.

Personal pickup is also available by prior arrangement.

Yes, as long as the total order value is at least €50.

Which file formats do you accept?

We currently accept STL and 3MF files.

Can you help me choose the material?

Yes. We offer an optional paid consultation to recommend the most suitable SLS material for your application.

Is post-processing included?

Basic sandblasting is included with every order. Additional finishing, such as vapor smoothing, is available upon request.
