What type of coupling does the Lisa Pro printer use

Is the installation of NILS 480 a mandatory requirement

This is required, a certified engineer must install the equipment on site ensuring that the equipment is in a stable operating condition

Should I pay for basic warranty?

12 month support and warranty are always included with our products for free it is a service contract with warranty coverage for the printer repair or replacement of parts for noticed period.

How long is the warranty period?

Basic warranty lasts 12 months

How print shadowing works?

To ensure the stability of the production process, when Sinterit detects a defect and until it is eliminated, a virtual printer is made available at Sinterit’s headquarters, ready for immediate operation. Models are sent twice a week and the user pays only for the powder used for printing
