Sinterit & DyeMansion Partner for a Complete SLS Workflow
Sinterit and DyeMansion are joining forces at the perfect moment: following the launch of Sinterit’s BIANCO2, designed for white and natural powders, the two companies are unlocking entirely new application possibilities. As part of the partnership, Sinterit now sells DyeMansion’s VX1 vapor smoothing system and can also offer the DM60 coloring system or other DyeMansion products directly to their customers.
“This partnership brings together Sinterit’s accessible and flexible SLS 3D printing ecosystem with DyeMansion’s leading industrial post-processing technologies, enabling companies to configure complete manufacturing solutions tailored to their specific needs. From printing to surface finishing and coloring, Sinterit customers now gain complete access to professional post-processing capabilities that were previously only available in large industrial environments through a seamlessly integrated workflow”, says Łukasz Adach, CFO at Sinterit.

At the heart of this partnership is the DyeMansion VX1, now available through Sinterit directly. As DyeMansion’s compact vapor smoothing system, the VX1 uses the company’s proprietary VaporFuse Surfacing (VFS) technology to deliver smooth, sealed, and ready-to-use parts with surface quality comparable to injection molding. Based on a safe and sustainable solvent technology, the process produces high-gloss, water-repellent surfaces with consistent, repeatable results – and through its easy plug & play design, it integrates into existing workflows even for first-time users, making it the natural first step for Sinterit customers looking to bring professional vapor smoothing into their setup.

“Sinterit has built an impressive customer base across over 80 countries in the last 10 years, and this partnership opens up a significant opportunity to bring DyeMansion’s post-processing quality to those users. With the VX1 and the compact Powershot – launching at Formnext 2026 – we make industrial-grade surface quality accessible to every customer, regardless of production scale”, says Felix Ewald, CEO & Co-Founder of DyeMansion.
Beyond the VX1, Sinterit customers can also scale into DyeMansion’s wider post-processing portfolio as their production and coloring needs grow – such as the DM60 coloring system, which brings advanced & industrial coloring capabilities to the Sinterit ecosystem. The timing of this partnership aligns with the recent launch of BIANCO2, Sinterit’s newest SLS printer introduced at the end of May. Designed to process white and natural powders, BIANCO2 opens new opportunities for applications where aesthetics, branding, and product appearance are critical. Combined with DyeMansion’s coloring technologies, BIANCO2 enables companies to move beyond prototyping and produce professional-looking, end-use parts with a high-quality finish – with coloring available as an option for those who need it. This will enable many new applications and broaden the possibilities for Sinterit users.
