Safety is important to us!

That’s why we decided, together with renowned European laboratories: EKO LABOR, ecotechLAB and New Era Materials, to carry out tests verifying the level of vapors and dust when working with SLS printouts.

In the case of dusting, the research gave us a clear answer that the process is safe and only in countries with the most restrictive standards it is required to use a mask (FFP2 or higher) and gloves.

When it comes to vapors generated during printing, proper ventilation is all that is needed to ensure safety. For example, for a 25-square-meter room, a sufficient level of air exchange is 50 m3/h.

PA 11 CF is the only material that requires a full protective kit (mask, goggles, gloves and overalls) when processing.

Additionally, we recommend that you consult the TDS safety data sheet before working with any type of powder.
